The Terms of Use referred below (this “terms of Use”) refers to PetroChina International Iraq FZE Iraq Branch (“PetroChina”) website (“this website). PetroChina is company duly domiciled in the Republic of Iraq and this website should not be confused with and it is not related to any other website whether or not the word PetroChina appears as part of the domain name or branding. PetroChina is providing this website as a service to its customers, suppliers, employees, prospective employees and the general public to give information about Halfaya Project and to communicate with prospective suppliers, service providers concerning bidding process and procurement procedures, and with prospective employees related to job posting and recruitment, as the relevant information may be disclosed in this website from time to time. When referring to visitor or visitors in this Terms of Use, reference is deemed to be made to any person or individual, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association, trust, unincorporated organization, governmental authority or any other entity, accessing or trying to access this website by any electronic means.

This Terms of Use are to be construed in accordance and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specially the Emirate of Dubai; any controversy or dispute arising out of the construction or applicability of the Terms of Use shall be exclusively submitted to the competent Courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

12. Breaches. Without prejudice to PetroChina other rights under this Terms of Use, if a visitor breaches this Terms of Use in any way, PetroChina may take such action as it may be deemed appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending access to the website, prohibiting access to the website, blocking computers using specific visitors IP address from accessing this website, contacting visitor internet service provider to request they blocking visitor access to this website and/or bringing the appropriate court proceedings against infringers.
