Scope of Work Based on the preliminary investigation and feasibility study, the scope of work is proposed as below:
• Provision of full sets of OA management system including licenses with four-year manufacturer support including Production and
Development environment licenses, in addition, on-line editing and handwriting software licenses are included.
• Provision of hardware on handwriting signature pads for on-line sign-off.
• Provision of deployment, implementation, commissioning and training / knowledge transfer services for MOC (In terms of Organization
Scope of MOC is defined to Halfaya Division, JMC Division and DG office)
• Provision of upgrading on PetroChina Halfaya’s OA system with refactoring and enhancement and collaboration with MOC letter
management procedures.
• Provision of 3 years maintenance and support service after the Go-Live and Preliminary Acceptance.
